Registration fees Participants can register independently to the Conference (3 days) or to each of the workshop days, as such, registering to the Main Conference does not grant access to co-located Workshops. All fees include coffee breaks and lunch. Fees for the Main Conference also include the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Student registration Students must provide proof of their status at registration time by submitting a copy of the university ID card or an official institutional webpage confirming their enrollment. Registration cannot be completed without uploading this validated document. Workshop registration Workshops will take place Monday 6 July and Friday 10 July. In order to attend such workshops it is necessary to register separately to each day. Authors Registration At least one author per accepted paper must register before 25 May, 2026. IEEE Euro S&P and co-located workshops are physical events and authors are expected to present their work in person. Exceptions to this are only made in absolutely individual cases and must be approved by the General Chairs. Payment Payment by credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA). Please note that the invoice will be issued based on the information provided on your registration form. Confirmation The registration process will be completed upon your receipt of email confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us: eurosp2026@mundiconvenius.pt Cancellation and reimbursement policies: Participants can cancel their full registration up to 21 June. A fee of 20% will be charged to cover administration and banking costs. Refunds will be made after the event. In case of registration cancellation after 21 June or in case of no-show, registration fees will not be refunded. Changes and Substitutions Participant substitutions can be made free of charge until the start of the event. Thereafter any changes will incur an administration fee of €15 per change. Invoice changes: requests to change the paying entity for services already invoiced will be subject to a €25 administration fee. Certificates Certificates of attendance will be issued in digital format and sent after the event. VISA / Invitation letter Please visit the following website - here - to check if you need a visa. If required, contact your embassy. Invitation letters will only be issued after full payment of registration and do not imply any financial or legal obligation of the organizers. All visa-related costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the participant. The organization cannot intervene or cover expenses for visa refusals or delays.
